Stencils

Custom made stencils for painting can be produced from 7 mil mylar, .02” or .03” PETG.  Stencils are widely used in industrial part marking applications, marking shipping cartons, artwork creation, and signage.  Intricate detail can be cut.  Text character size can be as small as 5/16”.

Leach Laser recently participated in an interesting project at the restoration of the Elks Theatre in Prescott.  The original theatre featured very detailed designs around the inside of the theatre and over the stage area.  We were able to create some fairly large stencils from the pencil tracings of the original artwork.
